Q: How to track my order? 

Once your order is shipped, you'll receive the tracking number immediately by email. Email subject will be "A shipment from order #20000XXXX is on the way". If you didn't receive the email, please double check your spam or junk mail box.

In the email, click "View your order" button, you'll come to order status page.


On order status page, click the tracking number link, to check tracking results.
