You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

I cannot say enough good things about these lenses. I've worn other lenses in the past and found them to be heavy and somewhat irritating. Wearing these lenses was like wearing regular prescription contact lenses. I couldn't feel them, couldn't see a ring of colour around the edges and I wore them to a convention three days straight without any irritation or discomfort.
The colour was vibrant but natural and showed up really well even though my natural eye colour is fairly dark brown. I assume they would be extremely bright for someone with lighter coloured eyes.
Overall excellent contacts, I would definitely recommend them!
