Return & Exchange Policy 


All products purchased on line through www.candylens.com are non-returnable, refundable or exchangeable. Unless under the circumstances as below:

- torn or broken of the contact lens which sealed in the bottle / sterile packaging.

We will accept 1 to 1 exchange for the torn or broken lenses due to manufacturing defect. Exchange only accepted if it is unopened and to be returned within 7 days after receiving. No returns will be accepted after 7 days. 

All replacement lens will be ship by Registered Air Mail only.

The product(s) will be inspected upon receipt. All return must be returned unopened and sealed. No exchangeable if the product shows signs of use. Our guarantee does not cover accidental damage or wear of product cause by customer.

We do not guarantee for any shipment damage during transit.
