Q: I am from USA, why the USPS tracking resutls always shows "Origin is Preparing Shipment"? Did you guys ever ship out my order?

Relax :) USPS tracking results is NOT updated in real-time. Although the message show "Origin is Preparing Shipment", your package already left Malaysia and heading to USA now. It is very normal you keep seeing this message until you finally receive the package. Most of the time USPS does not provide a detailed routing information. It will only inform you when your package has been delivered.

And always remember that delivery time to USA takes 15~25 working days (exclude Saturday, Sunday and Public Holiday) to deliver. Please be patient and you will receive your package eventually.

Q: Where is my tracking number?

There are 2 ways to locate your tracking number:

a) Check your email: Once your order is shipped, an email containing the tracking number will be send to your email address.

Tips: If you did not receive it, kindly check your spam or junk mail box.

• The shipping confirmation email subject is "Your order has been updated"
• It is sent from admin@candylens.com

b) Sign in your account: Sign in here > Click "View Order Status" >Click "View Order Details" >You will see your tracking number then

Q: How to track my order?

First of all, make sure your order status is "shipped" and have your tracking number ready (please refer above on how to find your tracking number)

For Fedex, you can track your package right away at Fedex Tracking Page.

For Registered Air Mail, there is 2 steps to track:

1. First of all, please go to Pos Malaysia Registered Mail Tracking Page. Then, enter your tracking number (eg. RR123456789MY) and click "Track". If results shows "Dispatch to 640005", meaning the package already sent to Airport and ready to leave Malaysia and heading to destination country.
2. Now you can you can refer below "Registered Air Mail Tracking" section to track your package.

Note: Please note that the the tracking results is NOT updated in real-time, and usually takes 2 weeks and above to show tracking results, this is true especially for USPS, Royal Mail and Canada Post.

Q: Why my order status is "Awaiting Fulfillment"?

"Awaiting Fulfillment" means we've received your payment and we're preparing your shipment now. It'll take within 1~3 working days to ship out your order (exclude Saturday, Sunday and Public Holiday).

Kindly track your parcel at Pos Malaysia after received the tracking number (please allow 10 working days for the system to update). After the parcel is dispatched out from Malaysia, you can track your parcel at your local post website below.
