Q: What shipping method do you provide? Any Pros and Cons?

We provide Fedex and Registered Air Mail delivery.

Fedex Economic: Fast Shipping (5~8 working days) & Reliable tracking. Highly Recommended  - Select Fedex if your budget is allowed.

Fedex Priority: Fast Shipping (3~5 working days) & Reliable tracking. Highly Recommended  - Select Fedex if your budget is allowed and you need it extremely urgent.

Registerered Air Mail: Very Cheap (eg. starting from $5) but much longer shipping time. Speed & quality of delivery is inconsistent, sometimes fast, sometimes very slow. Tracking is not updated and not accurate at all.

Q: How fast do you ship my order?

Once we receive your order and full payment, we'll ship out the order within 1~3 working days. (working days is NOT included Saturday, Sunday and Public Holiday)

Q: How do you calculate the shipping rate and delivery time?

For Registered Air Mail, it is:

• USD$5.00 for the 1st 100 gram
• Additional USD$1.50 will be charged for every extra 100 gram**.   

**each pair of circle lens weight is 100gram. Meaning one pair of lens is 100grams, 2 pairs of lens is 200grams, etc.

Q: I made a typo error or submmited the wrong shipping address. Can i change?

In order to provide fast shipping, we usually ship order within 1~3 working days. If typo error/wrong shiping address is submitted, please contact us asap and let us know what is your correct and complete shipping address. However, we cannot guarantee anything. If we haven't ship your order, we still can edit your shipping address. But if we already shipped your order, it's too late and we cannot do anything by then.
